You can tell when a design studio was hired to do an entire store. The typography at Big Daddy’s is amazing. Even the one on 2nd avenue has an entire wall of 80′s logos in the dining area. Must have been an absolute blast.
Although unfortunately its a bit of a tourist trap, and their coffee really sucks. They do deliver great diner food late at night though.
Tip: Avoid this place like the plague on weekend mornings. They have stroller parking for a reason. Gobs of screaming kids.
