Living in the Upper East Side, is a promise for the future.
“One day”, they say. “The Second Avenue subway will roll right underneath your feet.”
They’ve been saying that for 20 something years, so i’ve heard. ConEd’s electrical work (and respective construction junk is testament to that.)
